1.5 These Terms take precedence over any other agreements you may have with us regarding our Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you affirm that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on behalf of the organization, and the organization agrees to be bound by them.

CryptoHero.com charges trading fees for the execution of orders. The fee structure is outlined on the platform, and fees may vary depending on the specific trading pair, order type, and other factors. CryptoHero.com reserves the right to modify the fees at any time with notice to users.

3.2 Payment Methods
You may deposit funds into your account using various methods, which is only cryptocurrency currencies. CryptoHero.com provides a list of accepted payment methods and associated fees. The deposit and withdrawal options available to you may depend on your location and the services you wish to access.

3.3 Transaction Fees
In addition to trading fees, there may be network fees for cryptocurrency transfers and withdrawals. These fees are determined by the blockchain network and are outside of CryptoHero.com’s control.

4. Digital Assets and Risks

4.1 Trading Digital Assets
The platform allows users to trade digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, in various markets. The digital assets available for trading may vary, and CryptoHero.com may add or remove assets at its discretion.

Transactions conducted on the platform are irreversible once executed. CryptoHero.com cannot reverse or refund transactions unless explicitly required by law or if the transaction is in violation of the platform's terms.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Compliance with Laws

5.2 Monitoring and Reporting
You are responsible for monitoring your account for any suspicious activity and reporting any unauthorized transactions or breaches of security to CryptoHero.com immediately.

5.3 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold CryptoHero.com harmless from any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to any violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Liability and Limitations

6.1 Exclusion of Liability
CryptoHero.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or its services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets.

6.2 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CryptoHero.com’s total liability to you exceed the amount of fees paid by you for services rendered in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6.3 Force Majeure
CryptoHero.com is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or legal and regulatory changes.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1 Account Suspension or Termination
CryptoHero.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or unethical activities. Upon termination, you will be required to withdraw any remaining digital assets from your account.

7.2 Effect of Suspension
If your account is suspended, you will not be able to access your funds or perform any transactions until the suspension is lifted. CryptoHero.com may impose conditions for lifting the suspension, including compliance with regulatory requirements.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration institution chosen by CryptoHero.com. The arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction specified by CryptoHero.com.

8.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoHero.com is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
